رجوع العقل لمربعه الأول، وانسدال ستارته بالجنون، مشابهة لحالة الطفولة تماما واتقاد جذوة الدهشة، فأصل حالة الجنون هي الجديد الذي نتفاجأ لرؤيته أو السماع به، وانقطاع شعرة مشدودة تربط العقل بالواقع أو انهدام جدار مبني حول العقل هي ما نسميه جنون، فإن انقطعت الشعرة أو انهدم الجدار فقد تحرر العقل من ضوابطه، فلا وجود حينها للعيب أو السياسة أو الدين أو الأخلاق، ستذوب كلّها، فهي غير مهمة، وهي بالأصل من خلقت الغمامة حول العقل، هي دخيلة على العقل الأصل، العقل الهائم، الذي لا تحده مسافة أو بنيان.
