للتنشئة العسكرية والأمنية، مبادئ وأسس تقوم عليها، وواقع يمليها؛ فلا يمكن إعتماد سياسة دفاعية وأمنية في دولة معينة إن لم تكن قد حدّدت في الأصل إتجاهات سياستها العامة، والتي بموجبها تحدّد كيفية صياغة العلاقة بين تلك الدول من جهة كونها شخصيةً إعتباريةً عامةً، فإذا حُددت هذه السياسة أمكن الحديث بعد ذلك عن كيفية غرسها في أذهان الناشئة منذ الصغر، للتجسد سياسةٌ دفاعيةٌ تنتقل من جيلٍ إلى جيل، بحيث تكون هذه الإستراتيجية مستجيبةٌ للتطورات، والمستجدات الداخلية والخارجية.
من هنا، فإن غرس القيم العسكرية والأمنية بذاتها في أذهان الطلبة في المدارس لا تكون من فراغ، ثم إنها تُبنى على قواعد ونظريات واضحة، ومبادئ يؤدي التقيُّدُ بها إلى الطمأنينة والإبتعاد عن الخوف، وهذا سيسهم في خلق إنطباعٍ يسهم في نجاعة الإستراتيجية المعتمدة، ويخلق إنطباعاً لا يمكن تغييره بأن الثورة الإسلامية أسهمت في تحقيق الأمن للشعب الإيراني.
سنحاول من خلال هذا الكتاب إنتقاء بعض الجوانب من خلال ترجمة بعض من الموضوعات المهمة في كتابي آمادكى دفاعي "الإستعداد للدفاع" الذين يتم تدريسُهُما في المدارس الإيرانية، التعرف أولاً على المبادئ العامة، والنظريات اللذين يتمُّ إعتمادهما من خلال المناهج المدرسية الإيرانية، بهدف تنشئة الطالب الإيراني؛ عسكرياً وأمنياً، على ضوء الأسس والمبادئ التي جاءت بها الثورة الإسلامية الإيرانية.
