هو مجموعة من المحاضرات التي ألقاها وليد مدفعي في الدين والسياسة والعلوم الإنسانية، في ما ينوف عن أربعين عاماً. ونشرت هذه المحاضرات في صحف ومجلات سوريا ولبنان ومصر والسعودية والإمارات. وتضم شواهد كثيرة من الفلاسفة والمؤرخين من كتب عربية وكتب عالمية. يعتمد المؤلف على الأساطير كنصوص دينية, كانت تتلى في المعابد في قديم الزمان، وهو يؤكد الإنجيل والقرآن كحقيقة خالصة، وبعض من نصوص التوراة التي لم يتطاول على تحريفها. ويخطئ الكنائس على اعتبار أن التوراة كل العهد القديم، بل هو جزء من النصوص التي كانت منتشرة في المعابد. لا ينسى المؤلف أن يعتمد على الأسلوب الساخر، الذي عرف في صميم رؤيته في الواقع، كأداة هزء من المغالطات الأمريكية والصهيونية، فالناس لا يأبهون بالمثل والقيم حين تتعارض مصالحهم والمبادئ السامية، كالمذهب البرجماتي الذي انتشر بواسطة اليهود الصهاينة في أمريكا وفي جميع أنحاء العالم، وهو يتوافق مع التلمود ومقررات حكماء صهيون ودعوة اليهودي الإنكليزي شارلز داروين.
