حين يفقد الإنسان من أحب ويصبح (وكأن شيئاً لم يكن) تغدو الذاكرة خشبة خلاص يتشبث بها، يرفو ثقوبها، ويستحضر معها أجمل لحظات العمر، ولعل استعادة الذكريات عند الشاعر طلال الطويرقي في قصيدته الطويلة هذه إضافة شعرية أراد من خلالها أن يشير إلى علاقة التلازم بين الذاكرة والحاضر، في نظرة مغايرة لمفهوم الحب، يقول الشاعر: "لم أختبر زمني بغير جنونها/ ضحكت فأدركت السهام كثيفةً قربي/ وطار العطر من طرف السرير/ يضم طرحتها/ عصفور ذاكرتي يغرَد/ كلما ارتفعت بجامة نومها/ ويسلَ من جسد الحرير خيوط لهفتها/ لم أكتشف أئراً يدلَ/ ولم تكن للحبَ ذاكرة هنا/ كانت تنام كأن شيئاً لم يكن...".
كأن شيئاً لم يكن.. قصيدة نثرية طويلة، ثيمتها الحب، ذات وقع مميز على القلب، نجح الطويرقي في إيصالها إلى القارئ.
