تبدو حاجة حواء إلى مرشد ماسة وجادة. وجاء الكتاب في هذا الإطار ليقدم للأنثى إجابة عن كل التساؤلات التي تواجهها عبر حياتها ابتداء من سن النضج وثم الزواج وما بعده. وذلك من معلومات هي نتاج خبرة وممارسة عملية لعشرات السنين لمختصين في هذا الميدان الذين قدموا كل ما يهم الأنثى فكان الكتاب مرشداً لحواء بالإجابة على كل ما تستطيع السؤال عنه خصوصاً في ما يتعلق بالمعاشرة الزوجية.
وقد قسم الكتاب إلى أربعة أقسام على أسس وظيفية: القسم الأول، يبدأ بمعلومات عامة عن هندسة الجسم ثم يتوقف عند الجهاز المراد بحثه، يلي ذلك الحديث عن أدوار حياة حواء حسب تسلسلها الزمني ومن خلال تطور جهازها الخاص. القسم الثاني، يتناول تحولات جهاز حواء الخاص والذي يمر بتطورات بعد الزواج ثم أثناء الحمل وبعد الولادة وأثناء النفاس والرضاعة، ولأن دور الحمل والولادة أهم وأطول أدوار حياة حواء لذلك كانت مواضيعه لها حصة الأسد في هذا الكتاب. القسم الثالث، تتبدل فيه المواضيع إلى المسار غير الطبيعي لدورة الوظيفية من قبل الحمل غير الطبيعي. القسم الرابع، يبحث في الأمور غير الطبيعية التي يحتمل أن تحدث في الجهاز التناسلي الأنثوي وهو في حالته اللاوظيفية، وهذا ما سيبحث تحت اسم الأمراض النسائية.
