إننا نعني بالبنية الجسمية الشكل الخارجي لصورة المرأة. هذا الشكل الذي سنحاول معرفة مدى وصف الطفل للأجزاء المكونة له ومدى رسمه لها، أي مدى استحضاره لصورة المرأة وتمثله لبنيتها العامة ولأغصائها المختلفة. ولا شك أن ذلك التمثل يتوقف أساساً على مدى قدرة الطفل على قراءة شكل صورة المرأة معرفياً، أي على مدى تجريده لصورتها.
