يعرض الكتاب للآيات القرآنية التي ورد فيها إستفهام للرحمن عزّ وجلّ، ثم يبين معاني ذلك الإستفهام والغرض منه في كل آية من الآيات التي ذكرناها.
ومن المهم أن نعلم هنا أنه لا إستفهام على الحقيقة من الله تعالى، وذلك لأنه سبحانه وتعالى يعلم ما في السموات والأرض، وحاشا أن يغيب عن علمه شيء، أو أن يطلبَ علم شيء، فلهذا خرج الإستفهام الإلهي عن معناه الحقيقي وهو طلب العلم إلى معانٍ أخرى كثيرة، ولذلك جاء عنوان هذا الكتاب: (التبيان في آيات إستفهام الرحمن).
ثم بعد ذلك قمنا بشرح المفردات التي تحتاج إلى شرح وذكرنا مناسبة الآية إن وُجدت، وقبل هذا كله نُعَرِّف بالسور التي وردت فيها هذه الإستفهامات وأغراضها ومحاورها وموضوعاتها.
ومن الله العَوْن وهو من وراء القَصْد.
