فالإنسان الذي يعيش على حمل الضغائن والأحقاد لا يستطيع أنْ يصبح شيئًا كبيرًا في هذه الحياة، ولا يُنشئ جيلًا صحيًّا قادرًا على العيش بتوازُن، لأنه وببساطة يعيش في قلق دائم وعبوس نفسي مقيت يجعله يفقد السيطرة على مشاعره ويرتكب أخطاء كبيرة في حق نفسه أولًا، ثم فيمن حوله.
"لذلك، كوني أكبر بمشاعرك من كونك تعيشين على فتات الحقد وتقتاتين من قوت الضغينة، ترفَّعي عن كل ما يعكر صفو سلامك الداخلي" وتذكري أنه لا يوجد مشاعر صادقة في هذه الحياة سوى مشاعر الإنسان التي لا يفصح عنها" ”
