الفصل الأول من الكتاب حول صاحب الدعوة الإسلامية صلى الله عليه وسلم، والفصل الثاني من الكتاب حول دلائل الدعوة في شخصيته وجوانب خلقه والعلاقة بين العرب وظهور الإسلام وأثر العرب في عالمية الإسلام، والجهاد تحت راية النبي، والفصل الثالث من الكتاب يتناول المسرح السياسي وقيام الدولة في عهد الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم وموقف دولة اليهود من قيام دولة الإسلام والعقبات التي وقفت أمام الدعوة.
والفصل الرابع من الكتاب يتناول الموقف الديني والسياسي لليهود من بناء الدولة، والكرهاية لبيت إسماعيل ونبي الله، والتحدي والسخرية من شخص النبي، والفصل الخامس يعرض منهج التعامل الإسلامي مع الآخر، والفصل السادس يعرض الأصل في علاقة الدولة الإسلامية وغيرها، والفصل السابع يعرض نماذج من سياسة الدولة تجاه الآخر، وغير ذلك من المحاور الهامة التي يتناولها المؤلف في فصول الكتاب الآخرى.
