وقد تم في الفصلين السابع والثامن تقديم شرح مختصر لأنواع البحث العلمي، كالبحث التجريبي، والوصفي والتاريخي، والنوعي، والتقويمي. وفي الفصل التاسع تم توضيح كيفية توثيق مصادر المعلومات، حيث تم فيه إضافة نوعية عن استخدام الأجهزة الإلكترونية. وتعرض الفصل العاشر إلى شرح كيفية كتابة تقرير البحث العلمي، وانتهى الكتاب بفصل العاشر إلى شرح كيفية كتابة تقرير البحث العلمي، وانتهى الكتاب بفصل يتضمن نماذج خطط لرسائل الماجستير في حقل التربية والإدارة والمحاسبة.
