إن عنفوان الشعر في قصائد الشاعرة آمنة البزال يطل في جديدها (عشق) على حركة النفس الإنسانية وحركة الوجود وتضاد العلاقة الأزلية بين الحياة والموت والشهادة، ومن هذه الرؤية تجترح الشاعرة مشهدها الشعري لترسل سيلاً من الصور الشعرية الإشراقية في لغتها تحدياً للحياة وانتصاراً للمعشوق البدي "الله": "نحن عشاق الله / تروي أرواحنا من صافي شربه .. ولذيذ حبّه .. / وينسج ليل رموشنا بهوى لقائه ... نحن عشاق ... تائهون ... حائرون ... / وهو معشوق أنيس، دليل ..." إن نبل الموضوعة التي تتكىء عليها الشاعرة في هذه المجموعة تجعل مشهدها الشعري متناغماً مع قوى النفس الخفية في أقصى درجات تأملها. إن هذا التناغم بين فعل الحياة وقوة الإيمان تقوده لغة الشاعرة التي تجمع بين رؤى التوالد الصوري والحسي ودقة الأداء اللفظي وإضاءات المعاني وعبر كثافة شعرية يصاحبها الإنفعال العاطفي والذهني معاً. إن قدرات لغوية كهذه، وبناءات أسلوبية لافتة، هي ما يميّز نص الشاعرة الذي حفلا بعيداً في مرجعيات الأثر التاريخي المقدساتي والشعائري المرمز بـ "رجال الله" ما أغريكم يا رجال الله.. وما أغرب آلامكم .. ففيها كل سحر ولذة .. ترسمون للمنون إبتسامة الأمل ... وسكون العاشق .. وآلام الزهد ... وتفرحون ... كلما فرح الطير وتقطفون من السماء نجوم أحلامكم .. يا أحبائي .. بيني وبينكم ... حكاية عشق (...) يا رجال الله ... مثلكم كمثل الماء .. جعل الله كل شيء منه حياً ...".
يضم الكتاب ثمانية عشر قصيدة نثرية جاءت تحت العناوين الآتية: "مقدمة عشق" ، "قصتي" ، "رسالة عشق" ، "كي لا تنتهي الحكاية" ، "لكم ارضكم ولي أرضي" ، "مواقيت العشق" ، "سنابل العشق" (...) وقصائد أخرى.
