وكذلك دراسة الجوانب الفنية التي ترتبط بإقامة المشروع، وبتشغيله بعد إقامته، والجوانب المالية التي ترتبط بتوفير التمويل اللازم لإقامة المشروع وتشغيله بعد إقامته، إضافة إلى دراسة ما يتعلق بالجوانب الإقتصادية والإجتماعية، سواء بالنسبة للمشروعات الخاصة، وبدرجة أكبر بالنسبة للمشروعات العامة.
وإن الهدف الأساسي الذي يتم التوصل إليه من خلال دراسة الجدوى الإقتصادية يتمثل بتوفير الإمكانية لإتخاذ القرار الخاص بإقامة المشروع، وحتى تكون عملية إتخاذ القرار هذه صائبة وسليمة، ومبنية على دراسة تفصيلية عملية وموضوعية لكافة الجوانب ذات الصلة بإقامة المشروع وتشغيله، وإستمراريته، ونجاحه، وتطوره.
ومن أجل الوصول إلى هدف هذا الجهد في دراسة الجدوى الإقتصادية، فسيتم تقسيم الدراسة بحيث تتضمن ما يأتي: الفصل الأول: "ماهية المشروعات والجوانب المرتبطة بها"، الفصل الثاني: "ماهية دراسة الجدوى الإقتصادية ومضامينها"، الفصل الثالث: "دراسة السوق 1"، الفصل الرابع: "دراسة السوق 2"، الفصل الخامس: "دراسة السوق 3"، الفصل السادس: "دراسة الطلب وتحليله"، الفصل السابع: "التنبؤ بالطلب والمبيعات"، الفصل الثامن: "دراسة الجدوى الفنية"، الفصل التاسع: "دراسة الجدوى المالية"، الفصل العاشر: "دراسة الجدوى الإقتصادية والإجتماعية (دراسة الجدوى القومية)"، الفصل الحادي عشر: "دراسة وتقييم أداء المشروعات".
