في أكداس الكتب والدوريات المرتبة داخل مكتبتي، في الأعداد المنسيَّة التي يناسبها تسميَّة "الأرشيف"، تكمن كنوزٌ ولُقى نادراً ما نجدها في كتب ودوريات اليوم.
تبدأ عملية البحث والإستقصاء مسبوقة بغاية محددة أعرفها تماماً، غير أنني كلّما مضيت بالتقليب والفرز، أجدني ابتعدتُ تدريجياً عن تلك الغاية، وتشعبتُ بدافع الفضول بإتجاهات لم تكن خطَرَت لي منذ سنين وسنين!...
ولا يقتصر الأمر على هذا: إذ تعيدني الصفحات المتقلبة بين يدي إلى ما كنتُ أنا في تاريخ صدورها: تعيدني إلى ما كنتهُ وقتذاك، إما بقراءتي لتعليقاتي على هوامش الصفحات، أو تحديقي بالصور العتيقة العاملة على بثّ الحيوية لذكريات، وحكايات، وأشخاص تلك الفترة، أجدني في "تفضيلاتي" أو لنقُل: ما كان سُلَّم أولوياتي! أتوقف قليلاً وأسهم متأملاً كيف يجرفنا نهرُ الزمن نحو ضفاف ما كانت ضمن مقاصدنا، ثم أراني أفكِّر: ماذا كنت أريد أن أصبح، وما الذي أصبحتُ عليه؟...
الأرشيف عند النبش فيه خطير، لأنه بقدر ما يُعيدنا إلى لحظات نائية عنا ومنسيَّة: فإنه يفضح قصوّر رؤيتنا للعالم عندما يُظهر أن كثيراً مما كنا نضعه على هامش إهتماماتنا، باتَ اليوم محور حياتنا غير المكتمل!...
موضوعات أكَلَتِ أوقاتاً مِن أعمارِنا نفكِّر بها لنكتشف، ربما بعد فوات الأوان للبعض منا، أنَّ ما أهملناه في ذاك الوقت صرنا بأمسّ الحاجة للتدقيق فيه الآن.
إنَّ تقليب أوراق "الأرشيف" يماثل إعادة سرد حكايات أعمارنا، والضحك منها أو عليها.
لِمَ لا نقول الكلام الأدقّ؟ لِمَ لا نقول: الضحك منا وعلينا؟...
يا لهذا الأرشيف من كائن خطير ينتظر مَن يفتحه ليسارع، من فوره، بالإنفجار في وجهه، كأي طرد ملغوم أرسله زمنٌ متآمر!...
من حقنا وواجبنا الأخلاقي أن نتذكَّر أوراقِ الأرشيف، ففيها الشهادة الشاهدة على زمنٍ ينبغي، عند إستعادته، أن يخضع للنقد العقلي الجَسور، الذي لا يهاب ظلال الماضي وأشباحه.
