أما الفصل الثاني فقد تطرق إلى عرض مفاهيم أساسية حول تدريب القيادات ونظرياتها وأنواعها وأساليب عملها ووظائفها وعملية تخطيط التدريب ورسم السياسات وتحديد الإحتياجات والبرامج والأساليب التدريبية المتبعة وركز الفصل الثالث على عملية المتابعة وتقويم التدريب وأهدافهما ومراحل شموليتهما للتدريب وتقويم المدربين والسلوك التدريبي وطرق التقويم الحديثة في التدريب القيادي وجاء في الفصل الرابع والأخيرة متابعة وتقويم عملية التدريب.
