لا يقتصر كتاب (كربلاء .. دين الله) على وصف واقعة ألطف، واستشهاد سبط رسول الله الكريم الإمام الشهيد الحسين بن علي (رضي الله عنه)، بل أنه يبحث في المعنى الكامن لمسألة الشهادة، وما فيها من طاعة لله ولرسوله وأهل بيته الأكرمين.
وفي هذا السياق يعرج الكاتب على حيوات أنبياء الله، ويبدأ سيدنا لإبراهيم كما جاء في القرآن الكريم، فيحدثنا عن مناظرته مع نمرود ملك بابل، وصولاً إلى ابتلائه بذبح إبنه، وطاعته لله، حيث خاطبه ربه (جل جلاله) "إني جاعلك للناس إماماً" وذلك بعد أن كان خليلاً ورسولاً ونبياً.
أيضا يتحدث الكتاب عن أنبياء الله المختارين مثل نوح وسيدنا محمد (ص) وما تعرض له من ابتلاءات كانت نتيجتها أن نصرهم الله على الكافرين.
كل ذلك يأتي في عرض شيق بأسلوب رواية الحديث مع صور ملونة لأبرز مقامات أهل بيت النبوة (رضي الله عنهم)، مما يجعل القارىء يذهب في رحلة إيمانية قل نظيرها...
توزع الكتاب على سبعة عشر فصلا نذكر منها: سيدنا آدم وإبليس، سيدنا نوح، سيدنا إبراهمي، نبي الله موسى، لوح سليمان الأثري، علي بن أبي طالب، الحسين سيد شباب أهل الجنة ... الخ.
