تظهر بوضوح إرهاصات العلاقة بين العنوان والمكونات الحكائية في رواية "ما بعد العاصفة" للكاتب سامي الخليفي، من خلال عملية التواصل السردي وقدرته على الدلالة على جوهر الحكاية، ووضع المتلقي منذ بدء الحكي في قلب حرب عاصفة الصحراء في حرب الخليج الثانية أولاً، وفي صلب الحالة المعنوية المأساوية التي تعاني منها الشخصية الروائية والتي نتجت عن إقامتها في معسكر الجيش، فيتنامى لدى القارئ حافز التلقي للحكاية، مما يقوي بقاءه في العالم الواقعي (الداخل / حكائي) لمتابعة مجريات الوقائع، ومعرفة دواعي هذه الحالة التي ألمّت بالشخصية الروائية.
وهي هنا، "علي علوان" رقيب شارك في حرب الخليج، وحصل على وسام الشجاعة، وفجأة وجد نفسه داخل جدران السجن تنتظره محاكمة عسكرية، في تلك الأثناء "سرح عن المكان والزمان، شريط حياته يمرّ أمام عينيه ببطء، والذكريات تتدافع في مخيلته، تذكرّ صديقه حامد، وضع يده على جبهته، وهو يستعيد ذاك المشهد، أقشعر جسده، وطفرت دموع الحزن من عينيه...".
يروي علي عنوان أحداث ووقائع معركة ظنّ أنه يدافع من خلالها عن وطن، ليكتشف أنه ورفاقه يساعد العدو ذهبت فرقتنا مع فريق - وُلف - نخبة مشاة البحرية المارينز، للإستطلاع وتمشيط المدينة وحواريها المتعرجة... فوجئنا بوجود عناصر الفرقة الآلية الخامسة، خدعونا تظاهروا بالإستسلام حتى يعبروا المدينة... لم نعرف من أين تأتينا الضربات...
وبهذا المعنى يشتغل الكاتب حكائياً بفعل الإيحاء إلى تداعيات ماهية هذا العصر العسكري وقد حفزته إلى إستدراج صور المعارك والسجون وتموضعها في سياق وحدات سردية للتعبير عن واقع مرفوض يستخدم فيه الحرب لقتال بعضهم البعض وفي عصرنا أكثر من الرواية... شواهد...
