أوضح القرآن الكريم بنصوصه الصريحة معالم الهداية الربانية وآفاقها ومستلزماتها وطرقها، كما بيَن عللها وأسبابها من جهة، وأسفر عن ثمارها ونتائجها من جهة أخرى، لذلك كله تختص موسوعة "أعلام الهداية في حياة المعصومين) بجزئيها الأول والثاني بدراسة حركة الاسلام المحمدي، وبخاصة حركة أهل البيت رضي الله عنهم الرسالية التي تبدء برسول الاسلام محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم وتنتهي بخاتم الأوصياء، محمد بن الحسن العسكري المهدي المنتظر وهي محاولة لدراسة حياتهم ضمن منهج شمولي قرآني. ويركز الكتاب على "دراسة حياة الرسول المصطفى محمد بن عبد الله صلى الله عليه وسلم الذي جسد الاسلام بكل أبعاده، في جميع مرافق حياته: الفردية والاجتماعية، وفي ظروف اجتماعية وسياسية عصيبة فأرسى قواعد القيم الاسلامية المثلى في واقع الفكر والعقيدة وفي أفق الخلق والسلوك..."
وفي الكتاب عرض لحياة أهل البيت في حركتهم اليومية وصلاتهم وخشوعهم وحكمهم وأخلاقهم وإحيائهم للدين وتطبيق أحكامه وبطولاتهم على مر التاريخ الإسلامي ومنهم: الإمام علي والإمام الباقر والسيدة فاطمة الزهراء والحسن والحسين وجعفر الصادق والإمام الجواد والإمام الهادي والحسن العسكري رضي الله عنهم، ويختتم الكتاب بخاتم الأوصياء الإمام المهدي والحديث عن الغيبة الصغرى والغيبة الكبرى.
