في هذا الكتاب محاولة لكشف الأساليب الخطيرة للأجهزة الإعلامية والإستخبارية الأمريكية والغربية في إختراق الوطن العربي تحت غطاء الإعلام والدين والثقافة والعلم لإحتلال عقل الإنسان العربي وتدميره من أجل الهيمنة وتكريس الموديل الأجنبي في المنطقة.
وهو محاولة لتتبع تاريخ العمل الدعائي الدولي المعادي ضد العراق من 1968- 1991 وكشف لأساليب الدعاية وحرب الأعصاب التي شنتها الدوائر السرية المعادية ضد الثورة وإنسانها بقصد تدمير التجربة الحضارية والعلمية للعراق الجديد.
كما أن الكتاب يحاول أن يجيب على بعض الأسئلة المتعلقة بواقع الإعلام العربي في محيط دولي متغير، وفي محيط الثورة التكنولوجية الإتصالية.
أما المحور الأخير للكتاب فهو كشف لدور اللوبي الصهيوني في العالم وتأثيره في القرار السياسي والإقتصادي والإعلامي، وأساليبه في الإختراق والهيمنة؛ والكتاب، بعد ذلك، أول محاولة أكاديمية للإقتراب من المشكلات المعاصرة للعصر بمنهج العلم الحديث.
