هذا الكتاب "أسئلة الثقافة العربيّة وحريّة التعبير" واحد من الكتب الّتي أصدرتها مؤسّسة عبد الحميد شومان بالتعاون مع المؤسّسة العربيّة للدراسات والنشر، وهو الكتاب الثالث الذي يصدر لهذا العام 2010م، بعد أن صدر ستّة كتب رصينة سنة 2009م.
ويضمّ الكتاب عشرين ورقة تراوحت بين البحوث العلميّة والنصوص المنسجمة الّتي أعدّت لتكون محاضرات، لكنّها جميعها تجسّد رؤى كاتبيها لقضايا راهنة ملحّة في الثقافة العربيّة والحريّة والإبداع واللغة والنقد، وتقدّم محاولات بيّنة للإجابة عن أسئلة مهمّة في هذا الإطار.
