أما المشروع الثاني الذي لا يقل خطراً على وجودنا وحاضرنا ومستقبلنا فهو المشروع الإيراني الفارسي الصفوي، الذي يتخذ من المذهب الشيعي الصفوي غطاءً له ويهددنا تهديداً وجودياً وعقدياً، وفي قيمنا العربية والإسلامية، فكان من الضرورة أن نبادر في مركز أمية للبحوث والدراسات الإستراتيجية بدعوة نخبة من المفكرين والباحثين المتخصصين من أكثر من عشر دول، ومن أفكار ومذاهب ومدارس شتى، من شيعة وسنّة، وعرب وإيرانيين وأتراك وأكراد... ليتدارسوا خطر هذا المشروع الإيراني من جوانبه الثقافية والعقائدية، والقيمية، والديموغرافية، والسياسية، والإقتصادية، والإجتماعية، والإعلامية، والعسكرية، والتاريخية وبطريقة علمية وبحثية بعيدة عن العاطفة والإرتجال.
