ومن خلال الإطلاع على تجارب البلدان الأوروبية وأمريكا واليابان، فقد وجدنا أن هناك إرتفاع كبير في المردود الإقتصادي لهذه البلدان مع زيادة أربحاها السنوية من خلال الإستفادة من الإستثمار في قطاع الرياضة والشباب، حيث أنها بدأت تتنافس في إحتضان البطولات الدولية والقارية الأولمبية لما لها من تأثيرات إيجابية إجتماعياً وإقتصادياً.
ولقد أصبحت الرياضة صناعة عالمية فمن جانب تقوم بتطوير الموارد البشرية وصناعة الإنسان المتحضر - كما أنها أصبحت رافداً مالياً قوياً للمجتمع من جانب آخر.
وقد انطلقنا في إعداد هذا الكتاب الخاص بالإدارة الرياضية الحديثة والذي حمل بين طياته خمسة فصول، حيث شمل الفصل الأول ماهية الإدارة الرياضية والفصل الثاني اختص بمفهوم الإستثمار الرياضي ومعوقاته وآليات جذب الإستثمارات الرياضية المتنوعة.
أما الفصل الثالث فكان مركزاً على مفهوم الخصخصة الرياضية وقد تطرق الفصل الرابع إلى مفهوم المنشآت الرياضية وأنواعها وماهيتها وأخيراً ركز الفصل الخامس على الإعلام الرياضي وأنواعه وتأثيراته وأهميته وكيفية الإستفادة منه في المجال الرياضي.
