Book Description
لقد كان من حكمة الله تعالى أن اختار الوسطية والتوازن شعاراً مميزاً لهذه الأمة التي هي آخر الأمم، ولهذه الرسالة التي ختم بها الرسالات الإلهية، وبعث بها خاتم أنبيائه رسولاً للناس جميعاً ورحمة للعالمين - وإلى هذه الحقيقة البارزة يشير قوله تعالى مخاطباً أمة الإسلام: ﴿ وَكَذَلِكَ جَعَلْنَاكُمْ أُمَّةً وَسَطاً لِتَكُونُوا شُهَدَاءَ عَلَى النَّاسِ وَيَكُونَ الرَّسُولُ عَلَيْكُمْ شَهِيداً (143)﴾... [سورة البقرة: آية 143].
وهكذا شريعة الإسلام فهي "جاريةٌ في التكليف بمقتضاها على الطريق الوسط الأعدل الآخذ من الطرفين بقسط لا ميل فيه، الداخل تحت كسب العبد من غير مشقَّة عليه ولا إنحلال؛ بل هو تكليف جارٍ على موازنة تقتضي في جميع المكلفين غاية الإعتدال...، فإن كان التشريع لأجل إنحراف المكلف، أو وجود مظنة إنحرافه عن الوسط إلى أحد الطرفين، كان التشريع رادّاً إلى الوسط الأعدل، لكن على وجه يميل فيه إلى الجانب الآخر ليحصل الإعتدال فيه، وفعلُ الطبيب الرَّفيق يحملُ المريضَ على ما فيه صلاحُهُ بحسب حاله وعادته وقوة مرضه وضعفه، حتى إذا استقلَّت صحته هيَّأ له طريقاً في التدبير وسطاً لائقاً به في جميع أحواله، فهكذا تجد الشريعة أبداً في مواردها ومصادرها جارية على هذا الترتيب الوسط المعتدل، فإذا نظرت إلى كُلِّيَّة من كُلِّيات الشريعة فتأملتها وجدتها حاملة على التوسط، فإن رأيت ميلاً على جهة طرف من الأطراف فذلك لعلاج إنحراف واقع أو متوقع في أحد الجانبين، فطرف التشديد - وعامة ما يكون في التخويف والترهيب والزجر - يؤتى به في مقابلة من غلب عليه الإنحلال في الدين، وطرف التخفيف - يؤتى به في مقابلة من غلب عليه الحرج في التشديد، فإذا لم يكن إنحراف إلى هذا أو ذاك رأيت التوسط لائحاً، ومسلك الإعتدال واضحاً، وهو الأصل الذي يُرجع إليه والمعقل الذي يُلجأ إليه.
