هذه شعبة موسومة بقبض اليد عن الأموال المحرمة من ضمن شعب الإيمان, قال تعالى: (ولا تأكلوا أموالكم بينكم بالباطل), والمال هو ما يملكه الإنسان من جميع الأشياء, ويمكن تقسيم المال الى ثلاثة أنواع: الأطعمة كالحبوب والثمار, الأرض للزرع والبناء عليها, ما اصطلح البشر على جعله عوضاً لما يراد تحصيله من الأشياء (الذهب والفضة والنحاس والنيكل). وقد تناول المؤلف العديد من المواضيع بهذا الخصوص أهمها: أخذ المال باليمين الفاجرة, أخذ المال بالتحايل والتلاعب والكذب, أخذ المال بطريق الربا, أخذ المال بالتطفيف, أخذ المال بطريق القمار, أخذ المال بطريق السرقة, أخذ المال بطريق الغش, وغيرها من المواضيع المفيدة.
