تحت عنوان (صورة) نقرأ: "كما يفعلُ البحرُ، صمتَ برهةً" أزبد في المرآة "سكن" ثم حلم ببحيرة غير مالحة. نفض البحر قميصه وقوّس المرآة ... تعكز على نفسه، تسلل إلى احتمالاته، وترك وجهه مشطوراً" رجلٌ قلبه كالبحر".
تضم المجموعة ستون قصة قصيرة جاءت تحت العناوين الآتية: "عارفٌ غير عارف" ، "على الشجرة" ، "لا تخسر شيئاً" ، "أحلام مهملة" ، "أقل من المتر" ، "كل شيء" ، "صورة" ، "مساحة أخيرة" ... وقصص أخرى.
