الحواشي المدنية على المنهاج القويم لإبن حجر الهيتمي من الكتب القيمة التي تبحث في أصول الفقه و قد جمع جزأين في مجلد واحد حيث يبحث الجزء الاول من الكتاب في الابواب التالية: باب أحكام الطهارة حيث يتحدث عن الماء وأنواعه والوضوء، ثم ينتقل الى باب النجاسة وإزالتها، باب التيمم وشروطه وأركانه، ثم ينتقل الى باب الصلاة ومواقيتها وصفتها وسننها. ويبحث في الجزء الثاني من الكتاب في صلاة الجماعة، وصلاة المسافر، وصلاة الجمعة, كيفية صلاة الخوف، صلاة الكسوف للشمس و والقمر, صلاة الاستسقاء، زكاة النبات، زكاة النقد، زكاة التجارة، كتاب الصيام زما يجب على الصائم وما يباح له وسنن الصوم. كتاب الاعتكاف وما يبطل الاعتكاف و ما يقطع التتابع. كتاب الحج وأركانه وبيان الاحرام والسعي وواجبات الحج، ومحرمات الاحرام وموانع الحج, الأضحية والعقيقة وما يتعلق بمحرمات الشعر ونحوه.
