ونحن اليوم نتذكره وكأنه ما زال حياً بيننا، نسمع عظاته في المعمودية وشرحه للمزامير، وتفسيره لسفر التكوين، ودفاعه عن رعية الرب ضد الضالين والمضليين. علم في أنطاكية وفي القسطنطينية، فماذا ننتظر كي نستمع من أب من آبائنا الروحيين الذين انتشرت آثارهم في الشرق والغرب، وفي اللغات المختلفة؟
