أشاحت بوجهها نحو النافذة، عادت لهواجسها: "الموت لا يخيفني، فهو لا يعني شيئاً سوى العدم، والعدم بعد الموت مثلما كان الحال في العدم قبل أن أولد، لكن الوحدة هي التي تخيفني الآن".
