بين يدينا كتاب لطيف، ذكر فيه المؤلف ما وقع له من الخصال الموجبة لصلاة الملائكة - عليهم السلام - على أصحابها.حيث أن صلاة الملائكة على العبد: هي إستغفارهم له ودعاؤهم، ويدخل في ذلك قولهم: اللهم ارحمه، اللهم اغفر له، اللهم تب عليه، وغير ذلك من الدعاء.
وقد جاء ترتيب "الخصال الموجبة لصلاة الملائكة الأبرار"، كما يلي: "ذكر الله تعالى"، "الصلاة على النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم"، "تعليم الناس الخير"، الصلاة في الصفوف الأول"، "وصل الصفوف"، "إنتظار الصلاة بعد الصلاة"، "السحور"، "عيادة المريض"، "إطعام الضيف"، "إطعام الصائم الضيف"، المبيت على طهارة"، "دعاء المسلم لأخيه بظهر الغيب"، "الإنفاق في وجوه الخير"، "الإيمان بالله عزّ وجلّ والتوبة إليه وإتباع سبيله".
ثم ذكر المؤلف فصلاً في بيان أن صلاة الملائكة بسبب لإخراج المؤمن من الظلمات إلى النور؛ يستوجب من العبد شكر الله تعالى، واللهج بذكره جلّ ثناؤه.
وختم الكتاب بفصل نبه فيه على بعض الأحاديث التي لا تصح، مما يتعلق بهذا الموضوع.
