عبد الإله بلقزيز كاتب مغربي معاصر حاصل على شهادة دكتوراة الفلسفة من جامعة محمد الخامس بالرباط.
ويشغل منصب أمين عام المنتدى المغربي العربي في الرباط، وهو أيضاً مدير الدراسات في "مركز دراسات الوحدة العربية" في بيروت سابقاً.
نشر مئات المقالات في صحف عربية عدة منها: الخليج والحياة والسفير والنهار.
كما صدر له واحد وثلاثون كتاباً.هو حاليا أستاذ في كلية الاداب و العلوم الانسانية ابن مسيك أستاذ الفلسفة في كلية الآداب والعلوم الإنسانية – جامعة الحسن الثاني – الدار البيضاء.

Book Description
يستأنف الكاتب، في هذا العمل ما بدأه في الجزء الأول (النبوّة والسياسة): باحثاً في تكوين المجال السياسي في الإسلام المبكّر، وفي لحظة سياسية وتاريخية منه هي لحظة الخلافة التي تلت وفاة النبي (صلّى الله عليه وسلم)، وفرضت على الاجتماع السياسي الإسلام الوليد تأسيس قواعد لتنظيم المجال السياسي ذاك.
وقد حاول الكاتب في هذا الكتاب الفتنة والانقسام أن يقرأ تكوين المجال السياسي الإسلامي، في لحظة الخلافة الراشدة، من طريق تحليل مختلف العوامل والديناميات الحاكمة له: جدلية الديني- السياسي؛ فعل العوامل الاجتماعية (= القبيلة)، والاقتصادية (= تدفّق الثروة)، والسياسية (= الصراع على السلطة)؛ جدلية المركز- الأطراف؛ جدلية النص- الاجتهاد ... من أجل بناء إدراكٍ متكامل لسياقات ذلك التكوين ومآلات الاجتماع السياسي الإسلامي.
وقد اعتمد الكاتب في دراسته أمهات مصادر التاريخ الإسلامي، محاولاً بناء صلة نقدية، أو حذرة، بها وبمروياتها حين تدعو الحاجة إلى ذلك، مثلما سعيه في تحرّي الدقة في بناء الأحكام والاستنتاجات من خلال التدقيق في الروايات التاريخية، وتجنّب استسهال الاطمئنان إلى معطياتها.
