ما يميّز هذا الكتاب أن مؤلفه استخدم أسلوباً مبسطاً في التعبير، ولغة سلسلة خالية من أي التباس لإيضاح ما يرمي إليه، ومن الملاحظ بأنه بذل مجهوداً كبيراً لبلورة أفكاره وجعلها متناسقة بهدف الوصول إلى عرض واضح للواقع الإقتصادي والمالي وتحليله، كي يتمكن من استخلاص النتائج التي تخدم نظرية المؤلف الأساسية "التمويل بالنمو".
