من مواليد ليبيا براك الشاطي 1953م تحصَّل على البكلوريوس في الخدمة الاجتماعية بتقدير ممتاز مع درجة الشرف الأول على الخريجين بقسم الخدمة الاجتماعية 1977م.
قُبِلً معيداً بالقسم 1978م.
تحصًّل على الماجستير في التنمية البشرية من جامعة جورج واشنطن الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية 1981م، ثمَّ تحصٍّلَ على الدكتوراه في الخدمة الاجتماعية جامعة طرابلس 1992م.
يشغل الآن درجة أستاذ بجامعة طرابلس كلية الاداب.
وقد شغل منصب أمين التعليم والبحث العلمي ب طرابس، ثم شغل منصب وزيرا للتعليم العالي بليبيا، ومن بعده شغل منصب وزير التنمية البشرية

أسماء الله تعالى كثيرة، وصفاته المتعلقة بذاته وأفعاله تدخل ضمن منظومة الإحاطة الإلهية، والقدرة الربانية.
و هذا الكتاب محاولةٌ جادة لجمع الأسماء الحسنى الأخرى ؛ وهي غير الأسماء الحسنى التسعة والتسعين، لكنها لا تعارضها، لأن أسماءه عز وجل لا تحصى ولا تُعدّ.
و تم إحصاء أكثر من أربعين اسماً حسناً لله تعالى، وبيان المراد منه، وشرح معناه، والوقوف عند مقاصده، وذكر الآيات الدالة عليه.
و الكتاب بهذه المقاصد يكون مكملاً لموسوعة أسماء الله الحسنى التي أصدرناها كدائرة معارف كبرى.
