العنوان يثير تساؤلاً مفاده: هل أنَّ هناك نحواً آخر؟ والجواب: نعم أنه نحو الجملة هذا يعني أن الحو الذي كان سائداً لم يتسع لما جاء في القرآن الكريم، فكانت الحاجة لنحو جديد يؤدي مهمة تحليل النص القرآني، وكانت بذرة نحو النص القرآني، على أن هذا النحو الجديد - نحو النص القرآني - يشترك مع النحو العربي بالأصول الموحَّدة، وهو لم يكن مستقلاً عن النحو العربي، بل نشأ مختلطاً معه، ولما تعارضت القواعد النحوية - التي وضعها النحاة وتمسَّكوا بها - مع بعض النصوص القرآنية كانت الحاجة لقراءة جديدة لنحو العربي من خلال القرآن الكريم والموروث النحوي قراءة تستند إلى تحليل آراء النحاة والتثبت منها.
والحقيقة أن الذي ينظر إلى جهود النحاة وآرائهم يلحظ سبقهم في إعتماد معايير النص السبعة في فهم النص القرآني، إذ ظهرت في طروحاتهم العناية بــ (النص) وترابط عناصره، وتماسكه، وعلاقة النص بالنظام اللغوي، وبالمنتج (المنشئ)، وبالمتلقي (المستمع) والقرائن، وهذه من أسس علم (نحو النص) بإصطلاحه المعاصر، أي إنَّ مصطلح (نحو النص القرآني) أو (نحو القرآن) أو (النحو القرآني) مصطلحات شاعت حديثاً، وهي محط إختلاف الباحثين في تحديد المفهوم الدقيق لهذا المصطلح، وتحديد أسسه وأصوله، إلاّ أن هذه المصطلحات تشترك في المعنى الذي يشير إلى: فهم الخطاب القرآني والكشف عن البناء الداخلي لبنية النص القرآني، وإستقراء النظام اللغوي والنحوي بإستنباط القواعد النحوية من القرآن الكريم الذي ﴿لَا يَأْتِيهِ الْبَاطِلُ مِنْ بَيْنِ يَدَيْهِ وَلَا مِنْ خَلْفِهِ تَنْزِيلٌ مِنْ حَكِيمٍ حَمِيدٍ ﴾... [سورة فُصلّت الآية: 42].
