"ثلج على الأهداب" مجموعة شعرية عن أسمى الطبائع البشرية وهو الحب، القرينة التي طالما بحثت عنها "نغم نصار" إلى أن وجدتها في الشعر، فتقول: "... وما زلت في حُبه تلك المراهقة... قلبي أيها المسكين الذي يقتات باللهب... ما زال الحب في باب نبضك أغنية... ترنم ثورة وشهوة... وحاجة وغضب... (...) لا الحب أنصفنا ولا العمر أنصفنا...".
ربما كتبت الشاعرة ما كتبت لأنها رأت نزعة الحبّ مفقودة في مجتمع لا يهتم بالعاطفة وفي زمن غارقٍ في الماديات، تتحول معه الحياة إلى شيء من العبث "حين حاولت قتلك في قبو أحلامي... لم أنتبه أن الخنجر ذو حدين... وأنني مثل ما آلمتك... آلمتُ نفسي... وها أنا أزور ضريحنا معاً كل ليلة... أضعُ على شاهدته الجليل حنين... وأتلو عليه ما تيسر من حُزني المُبين...".
وبهذا المعنى فحب الشاعر / الإنسان وخاصة (الأنثى) هو ليس عابراً إنما هو عشق أزلي لا ينفصل عنها وشديد الإلتصاق بها، حتى في حالة الفراق، ولكن المرأة / الشاعرة لها قدرة سحرية على التحليق به ونقله من واقع (الغياب) إلى واقع (الحضور)، وهي ممكنة شعرياً في لحظة من التخيل جميلة...
لقد أبدعت "نغم نصار" الشاعرة والإنسانة في "ثلج على الأهداب" بالصورة الذهنية وعرفت كيف تخلق تماثلات مرتبطة بالأحاسيس وبالمحتمل وباليقين، يقين الأنثى بالحب اللامكتمل...
