Book Description
"فارس من البادية" رواية موجهة للناشئة يقص خلالها "دياب عيد" حكاية أسرة فبلية عريقة من البادية ويرصد حركتها في الزمان والمكان تلك التي تتواءم مع حياة العابرين في الديار والذين ينتقلون طلباً للكلأ والمرعى.
وفي الرواية يبقى "همام" وابن عمه "حنظل" والراعي حرملة مع عمهم المريض (سيار الوائلي) ويغادر الجميع مع قطيعهم طلباً للرزق. وهمام هذا فارسي يقتني جواداً يدعى "سابق". وفي أحد الأيام يمرَ أغراب من منزلهم ويسرقون "سابق" فتثور ثائرة همام وابن عمه ويقرران مغادرة القبيلة والبحث عن الجواد في رحلة شيقة من المغامرات.
تهدف الرواية إلى إثارة القيم العربية الأصيلة من مروءة وكرم وشجاعة ونجدة الملهوف في الأجيال الناشئة عرضها المؤلف بأسلوب سهل وشيق ويقترب من خيال الفتية في تلك المرحلة من العمر.
