كما هو معروف ومؤكد، فإن الإدمان الحقيقي على أي شيء يخلق حالة توأمة مع المدمن عليه لا ينفصم عراد مهما كلفه ذلك من عقبات وعقوبات، وبسبب تكرار إطلاعي على الكم الهائل من الحوادث بكل تداعياتها - ضحايا - إعاقات - أضرار مادية بالممتلكات الخاصة والعامة وغيرها مما دفعني بادئ الأمر إلى وضع كتابي الأول قواعد المرور في العام 1998.
ووضعت كتابي الثاني "قانون السير بي النص والنصيحة" الذي سكبت على صحفاته تجارب سنوات العمر الطويلة في العمل بهذا المضمار، وقد شمل الكتاب أبواباً عديدة كان أهمها: نصائح لعموم السائقين وتقديم إرشادات لهم في أصول القيادة الصحيحة في مختلف الظروف الجوية وفي حالات الضباب لتفادي الإنزلاق، وأصول القيادة في المنحدرات والمنعطفات، كما بينت فيه أهمية الكشف الدوري على المركبات للتأكد من سلامة آلاتها وضمان السلامة المرورية لكل مستعملي الطريق، وبينت أهمية حزام الأمان وطرق إستعماله، كما تضمن الكتاب بعض الآراء في قضايا مرورية لم يلحظها قانون السير.
كما احتوى الكتاب أسئلة إمتحانات قيادة مختلف المركبات الرسمية المعتمدة حالياً في فحوصات قيادة المركبات مع صور للإشارات الدولية أو اللغة الدولية الصامتة، فعسى أكون قد وفيت قسطاً من واجبي كخبير محلف بوضع خبرتي الطويلة في خفض هذا المنسوب الرهيب من الحوادث الدائم التصاعد.
