ولد في مدينة قارة بريف دمشق في 1971/4/19م.سجل في كلية الشريعة بجامعة دمشق، ليحصل على درجة البكالوريوس عام 1996م والدبلوم سنة 1997م ثم الماجستير عام 2001م بمرتبة جيد جداً ، فالدكتوراه في أصول الفقه عام 2009م بدرجة 95 مع مرتبة الشرف توفي رحمه الله في لبنان بعد معاناته مع مرض ضمور العضلات عام 2015

هذا الكتاب مجموعة أبحاث فكرية إسلامية, تدور معانيها حول آيات قرآنية كريمة, وأحاديث نبوية شريفة, وموضوعات إيمانية تناول فيها كاتبها قضايا تهم المسلمين في حاضرهم ومستقبلهم, وقد جعلها تحت عنوان (فماذا بعد الحق إلا الضلال) وما كتبت تلك الكلمات ولا دونت تلك السطور إلا استجابة لأحاسيس وجدانية, ومشاعر نفسية ومتطلبات فكرية, وعقلية وإيمانية إحساساً بواقع الأمة ومشاركة لآلامها وواقعها وآمالها وإدراكاً لما تعانيه, وأملاً في تعميق الإحساس بالوجود الإسلامي وترسيخ الشعور بضرورة عودة المسلمين الى وعيهم لواقعهم وتاريخهم والمسؤولية الملقاة على عاتقهم, مما يفرز شعوراً بضرورة تغير الحال التي تعيقهم عن تحقيق أهدافهم وترسيخ مبادئهم, فكان هذا الكتاب فكراً وشعوراً, وكلمات تدور في فلك تلك المعاني والأهداف.
