إن علم القراءات من أهم العلوم لتعلقة بكتاب الله تعالى، والقراءات القرآنية منحة ربانية من رب البرية تبارك وتعالى؛ تُيسر أمر قراءة القرآن الكريم، وتسهل تعليمه وتعَلُّمَه لأبناء الأمة.
وقد تدرج التأليف في هذا العلم مثله مثل أي علم من العلوم حتى استقر علماً من أعظم العلوم القرآنية على الإطلاق؛ وقد بدأت التآليف في علم القراءات فكان أول إمام معتبر مجمع القراءات في كتاب هو يحيى بن يعمر (ت 90هـ)، ثم أبو عبيد القاسم بن سلام، الذي جعلهم خمسة وعشرين قارئاً (224هــ)، ثم جاء ابن الجزري، وألف كتابه العظيم النشر حيث أسند القراءات العشر من سبعة وثلاثين كتاباً إلى القراء العشرة، إضافة إلى طرق أدائية كثيرة مع فوائد لا تحصى ولا تحصر أخذها من الكتب التي ذكرها في النشر، وهي حوالي (تسعون كتاباً)، إضافة إلى كتب الحديث واللغة.
فهو أجل الكتب المصنفة في القراءات، بل صرح جماعة بأنه أجل كتبها على الإطلاق، وهو العمدة لمحققي القراء المتأخرين، بل بالغ بعضهم فقال: لا يصح رواية القراءة لأحد بعد تأليفه حتى يطلع عليه.
ومَن جاء بعد ابن الجزري فهو إما شارح لطيبته التي لخصت النشر مثل الإمام النويري تلميذ الناظم، أو محرر لطرق الطيبة مثل التحارير المنتخبة للعبيدي وغيرها، أو مفرد لطريق من طرق النشر وما زال الكتاب إلى اليوم هو العمدة التي يرجع إليه في القراءات.
وهذا الكتاب الذي بين أيدينا "إتحاف البررة بما سكت عنه نشر العشرة" المسمى (بتحرير النشر) للإمام المحرر العلامة الشيخ: مصطفى الأزميري، وهو من أهم كتب التحرير على النشر.
لذلك، عمل الأستاذ "خالد أبو الجود" على دراسته وتحقيقه وإخراجه، بحلّة جديدة موضحة ومفصلة، حيث انقسم عمله إلى جزئين: مقدمة: ذكر فيها تعريف بكتاب النشر وأهميته، ثم ترجمة للمؤلف ثم تعريف بالكتاب وعمله فيه، أما الجزء الثاني فضم تحقيق نص الكتاب، ألحق بمجموعة من الفهارس كقرب ما في الكتاب للقارئ.
