كانت بدايته في الإخراج، مساعد للمخرج، ثم مخرج مساعد ثم مخرج، وكان أول عمل درامي من إخراجة مسلسل "الزيارة"، وقام بإخراج العديد من الأعمال التلفزيونية الناجحة، ومن أبرزها مسلسل "عفوا سيدي الوالد"، وشاركت مسلسلاته التي اخرجها في عدة مهرجانات عربية، وحازت على عدة جوائزة منها مهرجان المغرب العربي، ومهرجان القاهرة للإذاعة والتلفزيون·

ومن أهم القواعد التي ينبه عليها ويدعوا الأفراد تطبيقها نذكر: الصبر على كل مصيبة، الأمر بالمستطاع، الإمساك عن القيام بالأعمال الشريرة، التسلم بالعلم لأنه السبيل الوحيد لقيادة الآخرين وتوجيههم وكسب قلوبهم، نسيان المآسي، مشاورة الآخرين، التريث عن مزاحمة الرؤساء في صلاحياتهم، قبول معاذير الآخرين.
