هذه رسالةٌ لطيفةٌ، جَمَعَتِ المطلوبَ معرفته من الصغار من معلومات عقيدية وفقهية على مذهب الإمام أبي حنيفة رحمه الله تعالى، ألَّفها العلامة المحدِّث الصوفي الفقيه المسْنِد المُعَمَّر أبو المحاسن محمد بن خليل القاوقجي الطرابلسي الشَّامي الحنفي (1224- 1305هـ = 1809- 1888م) المتوفى في مكّة عن 81 عاماً.
دَرَس على أغلب علماء عصره من مغاربة ومصريين وشاميين وحجازيين، ودرّس الكثير من التلاميذ والطلاب؛ وألَّف أكثر من مئة مؤلَّف ما بين رسالة وعدّة مجلدات، وفي مختلف العلوم.
اعتمدت كأصل للطبع ما نشر في المجلد الأول العدد الثالث من "المعتمد في التراث والعلوم الثقافة والتاريخ واللغة والآداب والمعرفة" المطبوع في بيروت آذار / مارس 1988م، شعبان 1408هـ؛ عن أصل مطبوع في حياة المؤلَّف تحت إشراف ولده محمد أبي النصر على هامش كتاب المؤلِّف "الإعتماد في الإعتقاد؛ هذا ما ذَكَر عن الأصل معدُّ النصّ "للمعتمد" الشيخ سمير القاضي / مركز الخدمات والأبحاث الثقافية.
