هذه مسائل في الفقه الإسلامي اشتدت حاجة الناس إليها، ودخل على بعضهم العنت فيها، فأحوج إلى دراستها دراسة علمية فاحصة من خلال ما يلي: 1-بيان مذاهب أهل العلم في مسألة منها بالعودة إلى مصادرهم المعتمدة، وأماتها المعروفة المتداولة بين العلماء. 2-الاستدلال للفقهاء فيما ذهبوا إليه في تلك المسائل بكل أمانة وتحرٍ وحيطة. 3-بيان سبب الخلاف بين الفقهاء في تلك المسائل المدروسة. 4-توثيق الأحاديث النبوية، وتخرجيها والحكم عليها حسب الوسع والطاقة، وفق قواعد المحدثين المقررة. 5-المنهجية في دراسة المسائل والتعقيب عليها، ومناقشة الأقوال بكل أريحية تعرف عند أهل العلم. 6-بيان الراجح من الأقوال في تلك المسائل المذكورة، وفقاً لقواعد الترجيح المعتبرة عند علماء الأصول رحمهم الله، بعد دراسة متأنية. 7-التيسير على العباد فيما يشدد له بغير حق، والتوسعة عليهم فيما للتوسعة فيه مجال. 8-ما انتهى إلهي الباحث في هذه المسائل ما هو إلا اجتهاد، وكل اجتهاد يقبل الصواب والخطأ، فإن أصاب فله أجران، وإن أخطأ فله أجر واحد. 9-لا يرى الباحث إلزام غيره بما رجحه، إنما هو رأي انتهى إليه بعد بحث، فمن أخذ به فجزاه الله خيراً، ومن رده فقد ردت بضاعة إلى صاحبها وعفا الله عن ناقلها.
هذا وقد تنوعت هذه المسائل ففيها عقائد، وفيها فقهيات في باب العبادات، وأخر في أبواب المعاملات، وما جمل الباحث على درسها والتدقيق فيها إلا رغبة في التيسير على العباد وتخفيفاً من غلواء بعض طلبة العلم الذين يشددون على العباد، ويحملونهم على ما يحمل عليه من الآراء المتشددة والاختيارات الضعيفة، وغرائب الأقوال وفرائد الفتاوى، نسياناً من أولئك أن العلم رحم بين أهله.
