يتخذ الشاعر تامر عدنان شاكر من ثيمة (الحب) بنية أساسية لتشكيل خطابه الشعري في "صاحبُ السَّمو الحُب" ما يعني أن الشاعر رفع من مقام (الحب) إلى درجة يكون فيها الحب آمراً وسيداً، والمحبوب خاضعاً مطواعاً، بحيث يغدو التلاحم بين الذات والآخر ذروته، ليشكلانا قصة حب ملحمية عاصفة يتقاطع فيها جمال الحب مع حنونه.
تحت عنوان "لأجلك سأتوه ولن أرجع!" يقول الشاعر: "الحبُّ قرار... وقد قررتُ أن تكوني... حبيبتي... فمن يملكُ أن يمنعني من الإنتحار؟!.... عشقكِ قدَرٌ... وماذا بوسعيَ أن أفعل... نحنُ، يا سيدتي... لا نملكُ الخيار!!... الحب يا حبيبتي معركةٌ... بإرادتنا... نختارُ الموت فيها على الحياة... ونلقي بأنفسنا وسط البحر... ونصرُخ...".
هكذا يتيه الحب في قصائد الشاعر شاكر ويسير في إتجاهات تحير عشاقه، ولكنه يعود من جديد، ليجمع شمل الأحبة، فيزيد اللقاء قوة وعذوبة، يكتبه شاعرنا بنسق لغوي مختلف خارج النمط المألوف، وضمن معايير فنية عالية الجودة، قوامها حساسية مرهفة، للذائعة الشعرية، وهو يقصُ علينا قصة حب مفرداتها هي مفردات الحياة ذاتها.
يضم الكتاب قصائد نثرية جاءت تحت العناوين الآتية: "جعلتني أحبني"، "وإنه لحدثٌ جلل!!"، "أي حُبٍّ ندّعي"، "ثلاث قطرات أحيت الأرض"، "أنتِ السؤال... وأنتِ الإجابة"، "عقبُ سيجارتها"... وعناوين أخرى.
