قصائد هذا الديوان بواكير حقول، فوضى براري، حنين لما كان وتشوّف لما سيكون، ديوان صريح كصراحة فأس مغسولة بالعرق، وحادّ كالمطالبين بالحريّة، والشعر في هذا الديوان عارم وضاج فلا عبث ولا تهويم ولا إدّعاء، والصورة قريبة كالتراب، كثيفة كالصنوبر، أنيقة كطائر.
قصائد عتّقها شاعرها إيقاعاً فاضحاً، ولغة حارقة، وتصاوير وحشيّة، قصائد أكلها العطش البريّ فشربت جوع شاعرها الغريب... قصائد تخرج علينا شاهرة قوس دم أنثاها هنا - هناك... قصائد تحرس ما ظلّ لنا من ظلّنا البليغ... قصائد تحملنا إلينا أسفاً وأملاً...
نقرأ قصيدة "وحدة"... "أتوقّدُ كالفهدِ وحدي... وليلي طويلٌ وجارحْ... زهرةُ النّارِ عرشي... وتاجي... ظلامٌ سحيقٌ... وأغصانُ غيمٍ تُغطّي الملامحْ... تعالي ارفعيني... إلى كوكبٍ غامضٍ... وانزعي نحلةً النّارٍ من بين عينيّ... فقد لَدَغت عقربُ الإرتباكٍ... لساني... وضاقت عليَّ المطارحْ...
