نقبل مرها ولا نتعلق بحلوها إذ لا نعاني إلا لأننا ندفع ونسعى للاحتفاظ فقط بحلوها، وفي نهاية المطاف من آن له أن يتخلى عن تعلقه بحلوها ومرها فسيراهما سواء إذبات يعيش في عمق الوجود لا على سطحه، الكتاب يفيد كل من يعاني في إنسانيته في هذا العصر المشحون بالضغوط فهو لا يبدي مسببات معاناتنا ويتوقف عندها ولكن يتميز بإبداء طرق عملية واضحة لمعالجتها. غاية الكتاب القلب لا الفكر إذ يرى أننا لا نحتاج إلى فكر جديد نضيفه إلى ما يذكرنا ويوقظنا من غفلتنا غاية الكتاب أن نتذكر في داخلنا طبع علم كل شيء ولكن نسيناه نسينا من نحن، فقط بحاجة أن نتذكر.
