"الرسالة السعدية" هي رسالة مختصرة من أصول الدين وفروعه للعلامة الشيخ جمال الدين الحسن بن المطهر، كتبها لسعد الدين محمد الساوجي. وعلى هذا، فالكتاب لا يعد وكونه رسالة، تتصف بما تلتزم به الرسائل من اختصار من المواضيع المبحوثة، وتساهل في ذكر المصادر وحذف الأسانيد، كما تلتزم بعنصر المقارنة بين مختلف المدارس في جميع بحوثها كلامية كانت أو فقهية. تتألف الرسالة من أقسام عدة جاءت عناوين موضوعاتها موزعة كما يلي، التمهيد، يضم مجموعة المقدمات التي هي في معظم ما جاء فيها، من المسائل الأصولية، والتي يصار إليها عند الاستدلال الفقهي، قسم العقائد، وهي مركز الثقل في الرسالة، قسم العبادات، وأخيراً قسم الأخلاقيات.
