ومن هنا جاءت الحاجة إلى كتاب شامل يتناول المعالجات المالية لشركات الأشخاص والأموال وشركات التأمين حيث حرص الدكتور محمد كامل درويش على أن يقدم في كتابه هذا ما يلبي تلك الحاجة ويسد النقص في هذا الباب. وقد جاء الكتاب في ثلاثة أجزاء بحث الجزء الأول في شركات الأشخاص حيث عرض الباب الأول شركات التضامن بينما بحث الباب الثاني في شركات المقاصة، أما الباب الثلث فعرض لشركة التوصية البسيطة. وتطرق الجزء الثاني من الكتاب لشركات الأموال خصص الباب الأول منه من لشركات المساهمة بينما تناول الباب الثاني شركة التوصية المساهمة. وخصص الجزء الثالث لشركات الضمان حيث تناول الباب الأول أحكام عامة تتعلق بتنظيم هيئات الضمان وتناول الباب الثاني التصميم المحاسبي لمؤسسات الضمان.
