إن ما يرومه كمال جنبلاط هو جعل التربية تقوم على تفتيح المواهب لا على جمع المعلومات فقط وفاقاً للمبدأ "رأس منتظم خير من رأس مشحون" وبذلك ينسجم التعليم مع مختلف مراحل العمر: في مرحلة دور الحضانة ورياض الأطفال والتعليم الإبتدائي والثانوي، وكذلك في التعليم العالي وهي مرحلة تعمل على تقوية الآلة العارفة جملة، وتخصيصها بغية أقصى الإفادة منها ...
إن منهجية المعلم تتركز في التعرف إلى الروح والإيمان بالله واكتناهه كائناً أسمى، والتعرف إلى الإنسان خليقة الله على صورة الله ومثاله وذلك يكون وفق منهجية خاصة في كشف وتثقيف العقل وتنمية بذور العقل الفطرية عند الأولاد وهذا يساعد برأيه تدريجياً في التعرف إلى التراث فتصبح آلة أخذ وإبداع معاً.
