وهذا الكتاب يقدم دراسة حول فواضل الأعمال مدعمة بآيات القرآن الكريم والبعض من أحاديث النبي محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم في ثواب العمال، وقد بوبه المؤلف تبويباً، وهذب موضوعاته، ورد أحاديثه إلى أصولها، مبيناً صحيحها، كما قد ذكر في كتابه كل عمل نص النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم على ثوابه، دون ما فعله أو أمر به، أما موضوعات أبوابه فقد جاءت على النحو التالي: العلم، الطهارة، الصلاة، التطوع، الجمعة، الجنائز، الصدقات، الصوم، الحج، الجهاد، قراءة القرآن، الذكر، البر والصلة، الأدب والزهد، وصفه دار الثواب.
