وتناول تعارض المصالح في شركات الأموال: من خلال تعريف شركات الأموال وأنواعها وخصائصها في القانون، ثم التطبيقات القانونية بدراسة بعض المسائل في هذا الموضوع.
ثم الخاتمة وفيها أهم نتائج البحث التي توصل لها الباحث والتوصيات.
