ينطلق "الحلم اللبناني" من تراكمات التاريخ والسياسات المحلية والدولية التي أسست لقيام لبنان وصيغته واستقلاله، ويفصل مكونات الصيغة اللبنانية والأخطار التي تحدق بها وتهدد ديمومتها واستمرار الوطن، مما يستجوب رفعها إلى مستوى القضية.
في "الحلم اللبناني" ثورة على النفس، ونبذ لممارسات أوصلت الوطن إلى حائط مسدود، ودعوة لكسر هذا الحائط بالتخلي عن مفاهيم أصبحت بائدة، وعن الأطر السياسية التقليدية. يريد "الحلم اللبناني" استرجاع الوطن، عبر تحويله من دولة لأقليات تتناتشه، إلى دولة لأكثرية واحدة هي أكثرية الدستور. يقترح "الحلم اللبناني" نماذج يقتدى بها لتحديث ثقافة العمل في الشأن العام، كما يطرح قيام مكونات سياسية جديدة تستند إلى الجموع وفق آليات عصرية هدفها تمثيل طموحات المواطن ومصالحه في القرار، لا في كيفية إيصال الزعيم أو الحزب الطائفي إليه.
"الحلم اللبناني" دعوة إلى الحياة الوطنية واستمراريتها، وهو أيضاً مبادرة واقعية لا يحتاج نجاحها إلا إلى الإيمان بها من شريحة واسعة من المواطننين. هل لنا إذاً بديلٌ من الحلم؟
