تغذي التعاليم التوراتية والتلمودية والإديولوجية الصهيونية العنصرية والإرهاب والإبادة والكذب والأطماع في الأرض والثروات العربية في عقول الحاخامات والمفكرين السياسيين اليهود. ويؤمن الكيان الصهيوني باستخدام القوة العسكرية للاستيلاء على الأراضي والمقدسات. ويجسد الاحتلال الإسرائيلي ذروة الارهاب ويؤدي إلى المقاومة وكلما ازدادت وحشية الاحتلال تصاعدت المقاومة شدة واتساعاً, فالاحتلال يجعل المقاومة الرد الشرعي عليه. والمقاومة الفلسطينية عمل شرعي يتماشى مع مبادئ القانون الدولي, وميثاق الأمم المتحدة وجميع العهود والمواثيق الدولية, ومع تجاوب الشعوب الأوربية في مقاومة الاحتلال النازي. نعت العدو الصهيوني مقاومة الاحتلال بالارهاب وتبنت الولايات المتحدة ودول الاتحاد الأوربي الموقف الصهيوني المعادي للعرب والمسلمين والمناقض لمبادئ القانون الدولي على الرغم من أن الأمم المتحدة قد ميزت الارهاب عن المقاومة وأجازت للشعوب مقاومة الاحتلال وأدانت الارهاب. إن استمرار الكيان الصهيوني بممارسة الارهاب والإبادة الجماعية للشعب الفلسطيني وارتكابه جرائم الحرب ضد الانسانية كسياسة رسمية دائمة يجعل من المقاومة والعمليات الاستشهادية السبيل الوحيد لاستعادة الأرض والحقوق المغتصبة. وتجسد ظاهرة الاستشهاد والعمليات الاستشهادية أنبل الظواهر في تاريخ النضال الفلسطيني. وهذه العمليات هي السلاح الوحيد المتبقي والمتوفر للشعب الفلسطيني لمواجهة أشرس دولة إرهابية وعنصرية واستعمارية في العالم. وهي عمليات مشروعة تستند الى كتاب الله وسنة رسوله والقانون الدولي. إن العمليات الاستشهادية هي من أجل الدفاع عن الوطن والدين والمقدسات ومن أجل وقف المشروع الصهيوني ووأده, وهي أرقى أنواع الجهاد والمقاومة في سبيل الله والوطن والانسانية.
